Key Responsibilities:

Digital Planning & Execution:

- Lead and manage day-to-day digital planning for key accounts, ensuring plans are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives.

- Take responsibility for all administrative and executional tasks, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from briefing to launch.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns go live on time, adhering to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensuring delivery meets planned KPIs, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.

Client & Internal Coordination:

- Support the senior planning team in responding to client briefs with well-structured, insight-driven digital media recommendations.

- Collaborate with strategy, activation, analytics, and creative teams to ensure integrated and cohesive -campaign delivery.

- Provide clear and timely updates, documentation, and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

Market & Partner Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with media owners, publishers, and platform partners to stay updated on new solutions, innovations, and opportunities.

- Leverage partner insights to drive market-leading digital planning and value for clients.

- Use understanding of commercial priorities, trading agreements, and marketplace dynamics to guide investment to the most effective partners.

Process & Quality Management:

- Ensure adherence to internal processes, workflow standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

- Maintain high-quality documentation, planning decks, and campaign trackers.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the planning process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in digital media planning, performance marketing, or integrated media roles.

- Strong understanding of digital media channels (Display, Video, Social, Performance, Programmatic, Search).

- Experience working with major platforms (Google, Meta, DV360, YouTube, Amazon, etc.).

- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

- Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of reporting tools and digital metrics.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with agencies, publishers, and media partners is preferred.
