Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

- Develop account strategies in partnership with clients and the PPC Director.


- Own the execution of Paid Search strategy while ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs and business objectives.

- Shape long-term paid media direction, forecasting, and growth frameworks for key accounts.

- Guide campaign planning, media mix recommendations, and budget allocation strategies.

Campaign Management & Performance Excellence

- Oversee end-to-end Paid Search campaign execution, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Lead performance reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure campaign effectiveness.

- Drive enhanced campaign efficiencies through testing, automation, bid strategies, and advanced targeting practices.

- Implement best practices across platforms including Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and other search engines.

Client Relationship Ownership

- Serve as the primary senior-level subject-matter expert (SME) and advisor to clients.

- Provide strategic insights, performance narratives, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Lead critical client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic discussions.

- Build strong long-term relationships that enhance retention and account growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Account Directors to identify and plan account growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with Client Services, Analytics, Creative, SEO, and other channel teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

- Ensure alignment across departments to maintain consistent strategy, messaging, and campaign delivery.

Team Leadership & Development

- Mentor, coach, and guide Paid Media team members, ensuring skills development and role progression.

- Foster a culture of innovation, performance excellence, and collaboration.

- Establish and maintain process frameworks, quality standards, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in Paid Search and Paid Media strategy, planning, and execution.

- Expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other bid management tools.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.

- Proven ability to manage large budgets, complex accounts, and multi-market campaigns.

- Exceptional client management skills with experience in senior stakeholder communication.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams or account groups.

- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cross-channel paid media (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display).

- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics platforms.

- Experience in agency environments managing enterprise-level clients.

- Industry certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, etc.).
