DENTSU - Commercial Finance Analyst

Job Title - Commercial Finance Analyst (JL 25-30).

Location - Remote working / Mumbai.

Experience - 4 to 5 years of experience.

Qualification - CMA Intermediate / CA Intermediate.

Job Summary With Key Responsibilities.

- This position will be reporting to the APAC Finance Director - Technology function.

- The role is responsible for preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly reports relating to Business as usual P&L, project P&L and business case.

- The role will collaborate with the APAC & Global Finance function.

- Understanding the existing and new financial plans, accounting process and operations, key KRA's, and governance requirements relating to BAU and Project related initiatives.

- Preparation of budgets and forecasts using financial planning tools and applications.

- Prepare and analyze past year cost trends and monthly cost trends.

- Support in preparing the cost structures for various initiatives.

- Assist in business case preparation.

- Working knowledge on funding and accounting practices.

- Management of accounting operations: PO release, invoice approval, Interco agreements, Interco invoicing etc.

- Prepare monthly variance analysis report.

- Liaison with regional and global finance and Technology teams as necessary.

- Basic accounting knowledge.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and finance applications.
