- The purpose of this role is to act as the central point of coordination for all social media content - liaising daily with the client as well as internal teams to ensure smooth execution.


- The role is responsible for preparing and delivering monthly performance reports, while also contributing to content ideation and development as per project requirements.

- The candidate is expected to stay updated with the latest social media trends, insights, and industry best practices to drive innovation and relevance in all social initiatives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily coordination between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of social content.

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting on social media performance and key metrics.

- Contribute to content ideation and creation in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

- Assist in building and executing the monthly and yearly social content calendar.

- Proactively work on topical and moment marketing content/ideas to leverage industry trends and conversations.

- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, insights, and industry updates to bring innovative solutions to the table.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and objectives while maintaining consistency across platforms.

- Collaborate with design, strategy, and performance teams to enhance content quality and campaign effectiveness.

- Support in planning and execution of special campaigns, brand initiatives, and community engagement activities.
