Years of experience: 6-9 years in account management/client servicing within mainline or integrated advertising agencies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director Account Management (ATL) to join Dentsu Creative.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing mainline advertising campaigns and strong experience in leading client relationships across categories.

Youll work closely with creative, planning, and media teams to deliver innovative, effective communication solutions that drive brand impact.

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead end-to-end client management and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.

- Drive the development and execution of ATL campaigns (TV, print, radio, OOH) aligned with business and brand objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams Creative, Strategy, and Media to deliver integrated brand communication.

- Translate client briefs into actionable creative directions while ensuring strategic and creative excellence.

- Present campaign ideas, creative work, and strategies confidently to clients.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability while maintaining the highest quality of output.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to build a high-performing, client-focused account team.

- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts through proactive client engagement and insights.

Professional Skills:

- 6-9 years of relevant experience in client servicing/account management within a mainline or integrated advertising agency.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale ATL campaigns and handle multiple brands simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, communication development, and creative processes.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.

- A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for brands, creativity, and impactful advertising
