DENTSU - Assistant Vice President - Trading & Media Partnerships

Position Overview:

The AVP - Trading & Media Partnerships will be responsible for building and overseeing the trading capability within the business. This leadership role requires managing and strengthening relationships with media partners, collaborating closely with account teams, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and evolve the trading position with key media partners to align with the company's strategic direction and market trends.

- Deliver financial targets by actively tracking progress throughout the year and driving consistent revenue growth year-on-year.

- Conduct regular business reviews with all key partners, providing comprehensive performance reporting and identifying future development opportunities.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Trading Directors, business leads, and client teams, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

- Maintain best practices in supply-side management while developing innovative and ambitious media solutions that meet client goals and support the business vision.

- Act as a brand ambassador for the business by building strong internal and external networks, supporting the delivery of the operating model, and enhancing the company's reputation in the marketplace.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in managing media trading or partnerships, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and media landscape.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed financial targets and revenue growth goals.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.

- Ability to influence at senior levels, both internally and externally.

- Passionate about maintaining industry best practices while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications - Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
