DENTSU - Assistant Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate & RO Management:

- Prepare and raise Estimates and Release Orders (ROs) in the system accurately, ensuring all financial and operational details are correctly captured and processed.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Business Team and Commercial Finance Team to ensure alignment on project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Invoicing & Billing:

- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.

Debit & Credit Notes Handling:

- Process and reconcile Debit Notes and Credit Notes, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring financial records are up-to-date.

GST Compliance:

- Understand the impact of Goods & Services Tax (GST) on financial transactions, ensuring proper application and adherence to compliance standards.

Financial Reporting:

- Generate, review, and analyze regular reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making and financial planning.

Issue Resolution:

- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial operations, coordinating with relevant teams for timely closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations, invoicing, and compliance.

- Strong understanding of GST regulations and practical application in financial transactions.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and ERP platforms (e.g , SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a corporate finance or commercial finance role.

- Exposure to industry-specific financial practices (e.g , media, advertising, manufacturing).

- Familiarity with financial audit processes and internal controls
