
Job Title: Strategy Lead - Founders' Office
Location: Chhatarpur
Reporting to: Founders
Role Summary: As Strategy Lead in the Founders' Office, you will act as a force- multiplier to our founders, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and driving 0- 1 business bets. You will own strategic planning, incubate new growth initiatives, and orchestrate cross- functional execution that scales Dentalkart's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & OKRs: Partner with founders to articulate company- wide strategy, design annual/quarterly OKRs, and prepare board material.
2. 0- 1 Business Building: Lead market scans, craft business cases, design pilots, and drive go- to- market and post- launch scaling of new ventures and products.
3. Program Management Office (PMO): Establish and run a lightweight PMO to track critical programs, unblock teams, and ensure on- time, on- budget delivery.
4. Org Design & Process Excellence: Design and evolve org structures, processes, and governance rituals that enable high- velocity decision- making.
5. Cross- Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across Product, Growth, Supply Chain, Finance, and People teams through regular cadences, dashboards, and crisp communication.
6. Decision Support & Analytics: Prepare analytics, scenario models, and decision memos that inform executive and investor conversations.
7. Partnerships & M&A: Identify and execute value- accretive partnerships, M&A, or JV opportunities in collaboration with functional leaders.
8. Leadership & Culture: Lead and develop an analyst/associate pool; foster a high- performance, ownership- led culture.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years total experience, including 2-3+ years in a Founder's Office, Corporate Strategy, Venture Building, or top- tier management consulting role.
- Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to market launch and achieving measurable business impact.
- MBA or equivalent from a premier institute preferred.
- Executive- level verbal & written communication; comfort engaging C- level and board stakeholders; superior analytical skills.
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience leading small teams and influencing without authority.
