About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and data-centric Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital growth engine and drive measurable business outcomes. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in orchestrating high-performance digital campaigns, optimizing multi-channel funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale performance budgets with precision and strategic foresight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Strategy & Execution:
- Architect and deploy end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with core business objectives.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, YouTube, Retargeting, and Affiliate Networks.
- Maintain oversight on full-funnel optimization, from impression to conversion.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Execute and optimize performance campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Marketplace advertising.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to refine conversion pathways.
- Ensure real-time monitoring of campaign pacing, budget utilization, and KPIs.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
- Lead comprehensive performance reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership on ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.
- Utilize data platforms and analytics tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain a metrics-driven culture, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Budget Planning & Management:
- Own the performance marketing budget with clear accountability for cost-efficiency and ROI outcomes.
- Establish forecasting models, monitor expenditure, and recalibrate allocations based on channel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Brand Marketing, Content, Sales, and Tech teams to strengthen the digital growth ecosystem.
- Drive alignment on landing page enhancements, product visibility, and promotional calendars.
Channel Expansion & Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and performance techniques to stay ahead of industry dynamics.
- Champion a culture of experimentation to uncover new levers for acquisition and scale.
Vendor & Agency Management:
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ad platforms, and marketing partners to ensure seamless execution and performance delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews and negotiate engagements as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Performance Marketing platforms preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-budget digital campaigns and achieving aggressive growth metrics.
- Hands-on expertise in paid media platforms and analytics ecosystems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, and other advanced analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented working style with strong project management capabilities.
