Dentalkart - Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

- Lead performance marketing initiatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Retargeting) to drive ROI and customer acquisition

- Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing efforts to enhance organic reach and visibility

- Build and manage brand presence across social media platforms

- Oversee email, SMS, and CRM campaigns for engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle management

- Manage affiliate and influencer collaborations to expand brand reach

- Optimize user journey and conversions through A/B testing and UX enhancements

- Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs and improve marketing effectiveness

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or healthcare domains

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics

- Proven track record of leading integrated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results

- Strategic mindset with a balance of analytical and creative skills

- Strong leadership and team management experience

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred

- Experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is an advantage
