Role Summary

Dentalkart is looking for a Manager Digital Growth to own and scale customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand presence across digital channels. This is a leadership role with direct impact on topline growth, working closely with senior management to drive aggressive scale in a fast-growing e-commerce business.

What You Will Own?

- End-to-end digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and brand

- Performance marketing budgets across Google, Meta, Display & Retargeting

- SEO, organic growth, and content-led demand generation

- CRM, lifecycle marketing, and repeat revenue growth

- Conversion rate optimization and funnel performance

- Building and scaling a high-performing digital marketing team

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue-focused digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

- Scale paid marketing while improving ROAS, CAC, and LTV

- Lead SEO & content initiatives to build long-term organic growth

- Own CRM channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) for retention & lifecycle marketing

- Optimize customer journeys using A/B testing, analytics, and UX insights

- Build strong internal capabilities across performance, SEO, CRM & analytics

- Work closely with leadership on growth planning and performance reviews

What Were Looking For?

- 8+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing within e-commerce, marketplace

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM & analytics

- Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing large performance budgets

- Experience leading and mentoring teams

- Strong analytical mindset with business-first thinking

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
