About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong pedigree background and a proven track record in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR practices, coupled with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

- Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and change management.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to leadership.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the function.

- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree in HR or related field from pedigree institutions (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs, ISB, or similar Tier-1 B-Schools).

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- Hands-on experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.

- Proven experience in supporting senior leaders and managing complex HR issues.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, startups, or MNCs preferred).

- Exposure to HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, HRCI, or similar) is a plus.
