Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions in our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including managing the hiring, employee engagement, talent management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.
You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a compliant and people-first work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment life cyclejob postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Plan and execute employee training & development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update HRMIS/employee database.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Handle documentation, letters (offer, increment, relieving), and employee records.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.
- Coordinate with finance for disbursement and tax filings (TDS, Form 16, etc.
- Liaise with external auditors and government departments for inspections and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-sized companies with a headcount of 200 to 500.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in HR software (Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
