Role Definition & Requirement: The Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that new hires and experienced agents receive comprehensive training on soft skills, process, and lead generation/sales knowledge for all Verticals. The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support the achievement of sales targets. Primary Functions/Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and experienced agents on - Soft skills - Process/Torts - Lead generation/sales knowledge - Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps to develop appropriate training materials for existing and new employees - Utilize a variety of training methods including - Classroom instruction - On-the-job training - Workshops to deliver effective training - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through Surveys, Assessments & Feedback from managers and employees - Continuously update and revise training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives - Work with managers and team leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop individualized training plans to support career development - Accurately record and report data to measure performance effectively - Follow up on trainee performance regarding content & assessments and provide adequate support - Ensure trainees performance readiness prior to go live certification process on completion of training - Retrain existing Agents who did not clear certification - Provide behavioral training to the Agents - Participation in Calibration - Suggest parameters for Improvement in contents, methodology and new ideas. - Develop and Design training & test modules based on needs and PKT - Update self with current and new modules for efficient conduct of the training Minimum skills & knowledge: - Bachelor's/PG degree in business, education, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in training and development, in a sales or lead generation process for a US Client - TTT Certified (Certified Trainer Level) - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. - Experience with e-learning platforms and training software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. - Training delivery, Presentation and Coaching skills - Fluent in both Spoken and Written English - Able to analyze, design, apply the needs for different kinds of trainings, also able to evaluate the training results and improvement to be done in the future - Planning & organizing Skills - Should be familiar with Google suite and/or MS Office with exceptional PPT creation skills
