Key Responsibilities: Team Management : Assisting Operations Manager with: - Lead and supervise a team of sales agents along with TL's, providing coaching, training, and motivation. - Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the Team Leaders and teams. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. Operations : - Oversee day-to-day target operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor ops metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement better strategies and tactics. - Ensure that sales agents follow established scripts and sales processes. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate and analyze reports on performance, conversion rates, and target achieved. - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize ops strategies. - Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports and updates to Operation Manager. Process Improvement: - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools or technologies that improve the sales process. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ops. Training and Development: - Coordinate ongoing training and development programs to keep agents updated on products, services, and techniques. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the agents team. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum experience of 7 years in US Voice BPO (Outbound or Inbound), with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong ops and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software Google suite/Ms Office and other tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations. - Flexibility to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment. - Proven track record of managing and motivating teams to meet and exceed performance goals. - Fluent in both Spoken and Written English. - Manage, drive, and implement department initiatives around planning, documentation, procedures and Continuous Improvement, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and work instructions. - Knowledge of operations and targets - People management, Critical thinking & Self Motivated - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
