Demand Planning Role - COE - Auto Component Manufacturer

1. Build the Global Demand Planning Framework:

- Define the standard forecasting process, monthly demand planning cycle, KPIs, governance, and best practices.

2. Lead Planning Transformation:

- Improve existing planning processes, digitize planning, and integrate AI into forecasting.

- Implement advanced planning solutions including digital demand planning, AI-based planning, predictive analytics, and demand sensing.

3. Work with Planning Systems:

- Drive adoption and leverage planning technology including SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder.

4. Influence Global Teams:

- Work with cross-functional teams across India, Europe, and the US including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to align on a common planning approach.

5. Improve Forecast Accuracy:

- Enhance forecast quality and reduce inventory/stockouts through better statistical methods, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
