Demand Planning Lead - Emerging Market/US/LATAM/Canada Market

Role Overview:

Leads global demand planning for Emerging Markets, US, LATAM, and Canada markets including forecasting, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain planning process to ensure timely delivery of products across all markets. Oversees capacity planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensures adherence to regulatory and quality requirements. Managing role in demand forecasting, stock management, and facilitating smooth order processing to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic development of demand forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce stock-outs across all product categories.

- Spearhead the monthly S&OP cycle, facilitating high-level consensus meetings to align commercial targets with production capacity and supply constraints.

- Oversee comprehensive inventory management strategies to balance working capital requirements with the need for high product availability.

- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to refine capacity planning, ensuring that production schedules are synchronized with market volatility.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of planners, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate market intelligence and sales trends into actionable supply chain strategies that support long-term business growth.
