Demand Planning & Excellence Manager

The ideal candidate should hold a 2 years fulltime postgraduate degree in Operations or Supply Chain management from reputable institutes like NITIE (IIM Mumbai), SPJIMR, SJM SOM,VG SOM, DOMS IIT Delhi, MDI , IIFT, IIM's etc.

They should have atleast 7 to 10 years of post MBA experience in Digital supply chain transformation including end-to-end Demand planning processes and Systems in a FMCG or Manufacturing sector.

- Demand Planning digitalization role will enable Global Integrated SCM Planning in globally in a structured and efficient manner.

- The incumbent will clearly set the vision and direction for end-to-end Demand process conception, orchestration and governance across the organization. The person is accountable for the process set up and enabling it via APS platform.

- The role ensures that digital capabilities are envisioned and enabled to meet business leader/decision-maker's needs, with a focus on continuously evolving and advancing the integrated solution vision to meet today and tomorrow's needs. Further, the Demand planning IBP role will ensure that IBP Digital Core

- Capabilities are standardized across multiple regions across the globe, with a focus on maximizing value realization.
