Demand Planning & Demand Fulfilment Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in JDA (Blue Yonder) Supply Chain Planning modules, specifically Demand Planning, Demand Fulfillment, and ESP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with business users, client managers, and SMEs to understand requirements and problem statements

- Own the end-to-end design of the JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning in line with customer requirements

- Guide template design with a focus on best practices, standard functionality, scalability, repeatability, and efficiency

- Lead Demand & Supply Planning process design, technical configuration, testing, and user training

- Document external interface requirements and collaborate with Business Integration teams

- Support creation of Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), and Technical Designs (TDs)

- Define Demand & Supply Planning data requirements, test scenarios, cases, and related data mapping

- Report issues/bugs to JDA and track resolution until closure

- Independently take decisions and interface directly with customers

- Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) and demonstrate solutions to SMEs

- Perform development, upgrade, and support activities as assigned

- Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with solution design

- Coordinate with customer teams and offshore teams to resolve queries and clarify requirements
