Demand Planner - FMCG/Food Solutions

We are seeking a Demand Planner to drive accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain alignment for a leading FMCG / Food Solutions company. The role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, experience in demand forecasting, and a collaborative approach to planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products based on historical data, sales inputs, and market trends.

- Plan and monitor inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing shortages or overstock situations.

- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aligning forecasts with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

- Analyze demand variability, seasonality, and trends to inform business decisions.

- Plan demand for new product launches in coordination with marketing and operations.

- Continuously improve demand planning processes and utilize planning tools/software effectively.

- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between supply and demand and track forecast accuracy KPIs.
