ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and manage Organizational KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for the Organizational Performance for the Contact Center project teams. - Creates and develops dashboards for collection and online reporting of KPIs that enable faster decision-making, more effective expansion, and unifies strategy affiliates. - Manages rhythm of business for construction organization liasoning with various internal teams and stakeholders etc. - Aligning sales commitments with the business analysis of the projects. This role ensures that sales strategies are realistic and feasible from a business standpoint, optimizing project outcomes and client satisfaction. The manager will work closely with sales teams, project managers, and other cross functional teams to assess project viability, develop plans, and manage client expectations. - Manage the schedule, preparation, and content of the monthly Business Project Ops reviews, Executive Ops reviews, meeting materials. - Facilitates the weekly Team staff meeting and coordinates all required team training. - Representative for Projects, new initiatives and other stakeholder meetings as required. PRIMARY FOCUS: Influencing Sales Strategy Development: - Steer sales strategies that align the proposed business projects. - Collaborate with sales teams early to ensure that commitments made to clients are achievable within the project's scope, timeline, and budget. - Identify opportunities to enhance sales proposals through insights. Sales Analysis: - Work with Management, CC Team and managers to conduct detailed analyses for potential customers. - Evaluate the feasibility of project designs and plans, and help facilitate sales teams on the same. - Provide feedback to teams from customers that may optimize methods and processes. Client Engagement: - Engage with clients to communicate the feasibility of proposed projects, addressing any concerns related. - Assist in managing client expectations by providing accurate timelines, clarifications, and risk assessments. - Ensure that client requirements are fully understood and incorporated into project planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with project management, data, CC and other teams to align operational plans with sales commitments. - Facilitate communication between sales and CC teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. - Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives. Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ability of projects, ensuring that sales commitments do not compromise project delivery. - Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges in project execution. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain detailed records of analyses, sales strategies, and client communications. - Prepare regular reports on project feasibility, sales performance, and issues. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis and project outcomes. Work Experience: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - 10+ years of experience - Ability to gain consensus and manage a multi-national team and stakeholders from a position of influence. Knowledge of global operations and processes is a plus. - Must be very organized, analytical, and structured - strong governance-orientation to ensure processes are followed and decisions are made at the appropriate level. - Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Operations Management, and Contact Centers. - Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other tools. - Strong executive presence - able to convey complex concepts in a structured way. - Able to work in a team environment with possibly many different agendas. Even tempered and able to work through conflict with others - Flexible and willing to consider others ideas - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
