Role: We are looking for someone who understands our brand philosophy and is excited to build it &amp; evangelize it with us across the country the role Responsibilities: - Work closely with the founders to understand the consumer &amp; build the right brand &amp; marketing engine to drive market adoption. - Define key metrics, setup systems &amp; processes for the demand team. - Understand how word of mouth works in our industry, engineer strategies to enter the right social networks online &amp; offline. - Create hype &amp; exclusivity. Create relevant top of the funnel. - Mentor the current team's efforts to grow our student &amp; parent communities. - Mentor the current team's efforts in performance marketing - Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that our brand percolates through our products, people, social media &amp; customer service. - Build &amp; grow a rockstar team to help you accomplish the above! Preferred Mindset: - Enjoy talking to/ understanding middle school/high school kids &amp; their parents in Tier 1 India. - Strong desire to build brand as a MOAT. - Friendly working style with team members above &amp; below. - Extrovert. Willing to evangelize our world to any/ all stakeholders whether it be current &amp; new team members, teachers, students, parents or even school principals. - Inclined to keep improving the product to improve marketability What we are looking at: - Successful track record in helping companies execute demand strategies. - At least 5 years of work experience in managing &amp; scaling demand teams. - Strong understanding of digital products/ services companies. - Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills. - Hunger &amp; hustle: open minded but persistent to find innovative growth hacks. - An eye for aesthetics &amp; high bar for quality in delivery. - Work experience: spent time at a digital consumer brand or social startup - Performance marketing: successfully managed ad $ in their past experience
