Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader who owns pipeline and revenue-not just leads.

This role will be responsible for building and scaling a predictable demand engine for the US market, driving MQL - SQL conversion, and directly influencing revenue growth.

You will work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure high-quality pipeline creation and conversion across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership

- Own and deliver pipeline targets (MQL, SQL, revenue contribution)

- Build and execute demand generation strategies aligned to US market GTM

- Define ICP, buyer personas, and target account strategy

- Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Lead multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn, Google, Email, SEO, Webinars, Events

- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value enterprise accounts

- Optimize campaigns for pipeline quality, not just lead volume

- Funnel Management & Conversion

- Design and optimize full funnel (TOFU MOFU BOFU)

- Build lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies

- Improve MQL - SQL - Revenue conversion rates

- Sales Alignment

- Partner closely with Sales / BDR teams for lead quality and follow-ups

- Enable sales with insights, messaging, and campaign support

- Ensure strong marketingsales alignment for revenue outcomes

- Analytics & Performance

- Track and optimize CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion rates, pipeline velocity

- Build dashboards and provide insights to leadership

- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven decisions

- Tools & Technology

- Manage and optimize CRM & automation platforms:

- HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho (or similar)

- Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and data hygiene

Must-Have Experience

- 10-12 years in B2B Demand Generation / Revenue Marketing

- Experience in SaaS / IT Services / BPM / Tech Services

- Proven track record of pipeline and revenue ownership

- Strong exposure to US / North America markets

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools

- Deep understanding of ABM, funnel optimization, and lead lifecycle

This Role is NOT

- A digital marketing / SEO / social media role

- A performance marketing execution role

- An inside sales / business development role
