About the Role:
Were looking for a Demand Generation Marketing professional who can build and scale our growth engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy - from creating awareness and driving inbound interest to generating qualified leads that convert to revenue.
Youll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to design campaigns that fuel the pipeline and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and partnerships.
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel drive traffic, capture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Build, track, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Work closely with the Sales team to align campaign goals and improve lead quality and velocity.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead nurturing and scoring.
- Plan and execute content-led campaigns whitepapers, webinars, case studies, email workflows.
- Use data and analytics to measure ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
- Experiment with new demand channels, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and growth marketing tactics.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth / B2B Marketing (preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital-first startups).
- Proven track record in building pipeline and revenue impact through demand gen campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and performance marketing.
- Exposure to global markets or enterprise marketing campaigns.
