Are you a data-driven marketing leader passionate about building scalable growth engines? Were looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Head to lead our demand generation efforts and drive qualified leads for our IT Software Services business.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects.
- Plan, execute & optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and events.
- Drive leads quota and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Expand organic reach through advanced SEO & content strategies.
- Manage high-impact webinars and events to engage target audiences.
- Lead multi-touch email campaigns for nurturing, launches, and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets and partners.
What Were Looking For:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling lead generation programs and campaigns.
- Deep expertise in SEO, content, and link-building strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and SEM.
- Experience running impactful events and webinars.
- Strong background in email automation tools (HubSpot, SFMC, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Experience in IT Software Services (AI, Data, QA, Software Development, Cybersecurity) is a big plus!
