About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planning professional with strong expertise in cloud-based planning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination across supply chain functions using modern cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based planning platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

- Experience working with large datasets and statistical forecasting methods.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-location environment.

- Looking for someone who has hands on Immigration and Support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end demand and supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and service performance.

- Develop actionable demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data analysis.

- Execute supply planning, capacity analysis, and scenario planning to support business continuity.

- Utilize cloud-based platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan, etc.) for planning and workflow automation.

- Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align planning outputs with business goals.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership using Excel and data visualization tools.

- Monitor demand/supply deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

- Support migration, implementation, or enhancement of cloud-based planning tools.

- Work on immigration and support-related projects as required by the organization.

- Ensure smooth communication across multi-location teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
