Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance to join our Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate will have global finance exposure, hands-on experience in finance operations, and the ability to manage payroll, compliance, and bank relationships across multiple regions. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, cross-border environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finance Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and vendor management.

- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes for India, ensuring compliance with local labour and tax laws.

- Global Finance Exposure: Work with stakeholders across multiple geographies, managing cross-border finance workflows and reporting.

- Paperwork & Compliance: Handle documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements; liaise with auditors and other external partners.

- Banking Relationships: Manage new bank onboarding processes, ensure smooth transaction flows, and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

- Strategic Finance Support: Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning at both the entity and group levels.

- Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across BLR, Mumbai, and Dubai offices to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or finance operations.

- Proven global finance exposure (India + international markets; Middle East experience is a plus).

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and finance documentation.

- Hands-on experience working with Big 4 auditors

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate across multiple offices and time zones.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in fintech, financial services, or trading platforms.

- Understanding of crypto or blockchain financial operations.

- Exposure to ERP/finance tools and global payroll platforms.
