Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in Corporate/Enterprise Sales and IT Hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets across the assigned region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive corporate/enterprise sales with a focus on IT hardware solutions

- Handle product sales including Servers, Storage, Networking, PCs, laptops, workstations, and consumables

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned region

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

- Lead negotiations and close sales orders independently

- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales & service plans for assigned accounts

- Plan and oversee new marketing and sales initiatives

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Skills Required:

- Strong market knowledge of selling IT products and services

- Hands-on experience in Server, Storage, Networking, Desktop, Laptop, Workstation, Software, and Cloud solutions

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to drive revenue and close high-value deals

- Strong planning, execution, and account management skills

Education Qualification:

- Any Graduate

- B.Tech and MBA preferred
