As we scale to the next level of global expansion, were looking for a Lead Growth & Performance Marketing to own and drive our user acquisition strategy across digital channels with precision, creativity, and data-backed decision-making.
Role Overview:
- The Lead Growth & Performance Marketing will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing high-impact user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- This role demands a mix of analytical rigor, strategic insight, and execution excellence to scale Delta Exchanges global user base efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the overall growth strategy across paid media and performance channels to achieve user acquisition and activation goals.
- Allocate and manage a monthly performance marketing budget of 25 Cr+ with clear ROI accountability.
- Identify and scale high-performing channels while continuously testing new opportunities.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Apple Search Ads
- X (Twitter Ads)
- OEM networks (Mi, Vivo, Samsung, etc.)
- Reddit, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize for conversions and LTV.
Data & Analytics
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel) for performance tracking, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis.
- Drive data-driven decision-making using insights from user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Build dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, retention, and other critical growth metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with product, tech, and data teams to optimize onboarding flows and improve activation rates.
- Work with brand and community teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech startups.
- Proven success in managing large-scale digital budgets (25 Cr+/month) across diverse channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven optimization and attribution modeling.
- Deep understanding of mobile and web acquisition strategies and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with performance marketing tools and ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, Apple Ads, X Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Educational background: Preferably from IIT/IIM or other top-tier institutes
