Role Overview:

- We are seeking a hands-on Payroll, Benefits, Systems & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our global systems, administration, payroll and benefits operations.

- This role will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through HR systems-particularly BambooHR and ADP Celergo.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

- Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple regions using ADP Celergo.

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory reporting.

- Partner with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Benefits Administration:

- Manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.

- Collaborate with local HR teams and brokers to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.

- Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, and employee communications.

- Monitor benefits utilization and provide insights for program optimization.

Systems & Operations:

- Ensure data integrity, system configuration, and user support for all systems.

- Drive automation and process improvements across HR operations.

- Lead system integrations between BambooHR, ADP Celergo, and other platforms.

- Develop and maintain SOPs, audit trails, and documentation for payroll and benefits processes.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to GDPR, data privacy, and international employment regulations.

- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global HR compliance requirements.

- Oversee right to work checks and audit preparation.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead, coach and develop the HR Operations Team to deliver excellent service.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Provide training and guidance to regional HR teams on payroll and benefits processes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT teams.

- HR Service Delivery - Oversee all HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee records management.

- Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews).
