Job Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end processing for Over the Counter (OTC) on Equity Derivatives confirmation.

- Manage daily trade confirmations, economic affirmations, and matching via platforms like Markit wire.

- Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and global regulatory frameworks.

- Update operational procedures to align with evolving industry standards, such as ISDA definitions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal audits and external regulatory inquiries.

- Manage, train, and mentor back-office operations analysts and team members.

- Drive workflow automation and system upgrades through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Coordinate with front-office traders, risk groups, and technology vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Skills And Experience Required:

- Minimum 5-7 years experience within the structured products space.

- Knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions & terms.

- Knowledge of key economic and non-economic terms within Confirmation documentation.

- Good front to back knowledge across Confirmations drafting space.

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience working with OTC Equity Structured Products.

- Such products include Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Auto calls, Swap Strategies, Worst/Best of Strategies.

- Covering vanilla and exotic products.
