Manager - Integrated Due Diligence (Business Intelligence)  We are hiring for the role of Manager- Integrated Due Diligence (Business Intelligence/Forensic) in Mumbai/Delhi. The role details are mentioned in brief below:  Job Description :   Background :   - The business intelligence vertical is an integral part of the Forensic and Dispute Services Practice. The business intelligence vertical supports clients with qualitative inputs to assess the integrity and background of entities that the client may wish to transact with or enter into a business relationship with.   - The vertical also assists clients to monitor the risks associated with their investments or financial exposure to entities with which they have entered into business relationships.  Role :   Responsibilities :   - A professional in the Business Intelligence Services vertical of the Forensic Services practice is required to support the project management team on execution of client engagements.   The responsibilities are delineated below :  - Research of relevant databases to obtain information on financials, credit history, litigation, shareholding data and details of ownership pattern of entities defined as per the client engagement  - Analysis of relevant observations gathered from research of information in the public domain and integrating it with feedback gathered from primary sources of information  - Preparing reports on projects after collating information from various primary and secondary sources  - Coordinating with internal risk management team to obtain necessary approvals for the project  - Preparing presentations for client updates and providing inputs during a client interface  - Preparing proposals and pitch documents   - Drafting Letters of Engagement and other client-related communication  - Coordinating with co-workers in other verticals of the Forensic Services practice on engagements which require forensic accounting and/or data analytics support  Prerequisites :  - The candidate should have between 5-10 years of work experience and could have worked in sectors such as media, consulting, financial services, policy think tanks with a focus on economics research or in an environment where the candidate has had exposure to learn about multiple businesses  - Ideal candidates should possess a post graduate degree with a specialization in Finance.
