Position title : Manager- Business/Corporate Tax   Primary purpose of the role :   - Developing the client base  - Three-way link between Partner, other professionals and clients  - Assisting creating eminence in the market  Major responsibilities & deliverables :   - Rendering services par excellence to clients  - Targeting and obtaining work from potential clients  - Responsibility for service delivery to client   - Meeting deadlines and commitments given to clients  - Developing and maintaining rapport with clients   - Being updated on tax technical issues  - Achieving target billing and meeting related financial metrics  - Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the budgeted time and cost  - Ensuring WIP management and collection of bills in a timely manner  - Briefing Partner on important developments  - Balanced allocation of work to team members  - Guiding and developing team members  - Development of the Tax Practice and promotion of the Deloitte Tax brand name - articles in publications, speaker at seminars, etc.  Skills Required :   - Strong Technical knowledge  - Analytical skills & conceptual clarity  - Eye for Details & Innovation thinking  - Time and cost management skill  - Managing & Leading a Team  - Effective communication and presentation skills  - People's Person  Qualifications required:  (If C.A- Number of attempts) : C.A  Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure :   - 4-6 in year in Business/ Corporate tax   - Preferred From Big 4
