Work you'll do
As part of the SRT Growth office, you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and implementing existing and new initiatives, understanding our strengths, sensing competitor activities, coordination and driving workstreams pertaining to strategy of the function. This role requires strong expertise in Business strategy and operations, secondary research, data analysis, branding & communication and team management to deliver actionable insights, monitor project performance, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Growth office leader to prepare high impact reports for important decisions as and when need arises
- Conceptualise and implement strategy and supporting initiatives related to GTM, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with cross functional teams to drive workstreams as and where applicable
- Assist in the annual planning process for corporate initiatives and operating framework
- Create engaging content and communication strategies to ensure effective messaging both internally (across departments) and externally (with client stakeholders).
- Conduct secondary research to gather industry insights, competitive landscape analysis, and market trends.
- Analyse data to generate insightful and actionable reports and create dashboards for leadership.
- Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership.
Requirement:
- MBA with 8 to 12 years work experience preferably
- Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong branding and analytical skills, good business understanding
- Advanced problem-solving skills to meet stakeholder needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, creating an ideal balance between strategic and operational focus
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and synthesizing secondary research data to support decision-making
- Goal oriented with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks and interact with critical stakeholders.
