Key job responsibilities include the following:  The role involves working closely with the USI MD Director to execute on the strategic vision for the overall USI MD organization. The incumbent will also be required to work collaboratively with US MD Leaders, USI Talent organization, and USI Service Area Leaders to assist the USI MD leader across all aspects of India based operations: quality, productivity, and service delivery. The individual would also be required to work on MD deliverables to build relationship with key MD stakeholders, US MD colleagues, and set a role-model example for junior colleagues.  Strategic Responsibilities:  - Collaborate with US MD leadership to develop strategic vision for assigned USI MD service areas in line with overall MD strategy and take complete ownership of execution  - Assist with execution of the strategic vision for USI MD team by working with USI MD leader/ US stakeholders  - Work with USI MD leader to create the right structure and resource model to build a strong USI MD organization  - Represent MD organization on assigned initiatives, forums, and events  Operational Responsibilities:  - Responsible for overall client satisfaction program across USI MD team  - Responsible for operational excellence (quality, efficiency, utilization, talent development and growth, budget aspects) for USI MD team  - Lead development of technology-based solutions for the USI MD organization  People Responsibilities:  - Responsible for coaching/ managing performance of direct reports, building a leadership pipeline, and for succession planning across assigned service areas  - Assist the USI MD Leader on overall performance management program  - Assist the USI MD Leader on developing and executing recruitment, learning and development, and retention programs  Key required skills required:  - Shared services experience in a professional services firm will be an advantage  - Exceptional client service and management skills  - Strategic thinking and process optimization  - Managing change and ambiguity  - Experience across process optimization, implementing quality standards, and developing key performance indicators  - People management skills- proven ability to manage and motivate multiple teams to achieve results  - Coaching, building relationships and collaborating  - Excellent written and oral communication skills
