Job Summary:

- We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as an Assistant.

- The role primarily involves handling and preparing MIS reports, conducting financial and sales analysis, and providing operational support for decision-making.

- The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or real estate with a sound understanding of FSI calculations, project data management, and reporting processes.

- The person must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently handling situations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, compile, and analyze MIS reports for the COO on a regular basis.

- Track, monitor, and report project performance, sales progress, and expenditure against budgets.

- Conduct financial and real estate-related analysis, including FSI and utilization calculations.

- Support the COO in reviewing project feasibility, sales projections, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, project, and planning) to gather and validate data for reporting.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management reviews.

- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely submission of project updates.

- Travel to project sites or stakeholder meetings as required for reporting and follow-up.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting shared with the COO.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of FSI calculations and real estate project data.

- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MIS tools.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to liaise across teams and stakeholders.

- Smart, proactive, and resourceful individual with the ability to handle situations independently and effectively.

- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in real estate or township projects.

- Exposure to project financial analysis, sales data tracking, and MIS dashboards
