What youll achieve

Your responsibility's will include leading, overseeing and executing comprehensive investigations into alleged breaches of ethics, compliance violations, and other misconduct on a global scale. This involves planning and managing investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze evidence, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, preparing thorough investigative reports with findings and recommendations, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's ethics and compliance program through insights gained from investigations.

You will:

- Lead Investigations: Take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing complex ethics and compliance investigations, ensuring a fair, objective, and thorough Investigation process

- Team Coaching: Support Junior investigators by, guiding their work, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration

- Regulatory Expertise: Stay abreast of global regulatory landscape changes, ensuring investigations adhere to evolving compliance standards and regulations

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executives to provide updates on investigations, address concerns, and offer strategic guidance on maintaining a culture of ethics and compliance

- Training and Awareness: Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver effective ethics and compliance training programs for employees at all levels

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in law, Business, Ethics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in ethics and compliance investigations, with a proven track record of handling complex cases

- In-depth knowledge of global compliance regulations, anti-corruption laws, data privacy, and relevant industry standards

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and provide actionable recommendations

- Utilize data analytics and Ai Tools to identify patterns and trends that could indicate potential compliance issues, facilitating proactive risk mitigation

- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification in investigations, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional are a plus

Desired Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels

- Proficiency in investigation software tools

- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical standards

- Professional certifications in ethics and compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus
