Looking to hire a candidate with experience in Project/ Program Management since this job entails implementation of IT Infra (mainly storage and backup). - PMP and Prince2 certifications would help. - Min 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years in a management role. - Strong project management and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of Service Delivery, Project Management principles and practices. - Need to comprehend multiple diverse technology requirements across Storage/Backups/ Converged Infrastructure with ease, and relate them to organizational priorities, reflect that in the deliveries and support. - Manage a diverse group of resident engineers across different accounts. - Managing daily functions within a domain work stream provides support through hiring and training staff, providing system & process training to employees and other groups. - Own Resource management, people management, and performance management of 15+ people team. - Reporting on service delivery parameters, compliance metrics, and domain and SLA performance. - Participate and influence adoption of Residency best practices. - Utilize people skills and available manager tools to critically impact the growth of an individual within the company and career - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are required. - Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning. - Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines. - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities. - Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed; occasional travel required. - Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs. - Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results
