Job Summary:

The Delivery Partner - IT is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT programs, projects, and services within the organization.

This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, ensuring IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and business expectations.

The Delivery Partner acts as a strategic liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project outcomes and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects.

- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and IT strategy.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related communications.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

- Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLAs.

- Evaluate vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary.

- Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.

- Monitor issues and resolve delivery bottlenecks promptly.

- Implement best practices, standards, and frameworks for IT delivery.

- Prepare and present periodic status reports and dashboards to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and efficiency.

- Promote adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 4-6 years of experience in IT delivery, program, or project management roles.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs or multi-vendor projects.

- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are highly desirable
