Delivery Partner - IT

Job Summary:

- The Delivery Partner - IT is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT programs, projects, and services within the organization.

- This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, ensuring IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and business expectations.

- The Delivery Partner acts as a strategic liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project outcomes and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Delivery:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects.

- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and IT strategy.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related communications.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

Vendor & Partner Management:

- Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLAs.

- Evaluate vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.

- Monitor issues and resolve delivery bottlenecks promptly.

Governance & Reporting:

- Implement best practices, standards, and frameworks for IT delivery.

- Prepare and present periodic status reports and dashboards to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and efficiency.

- Promote adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 8-10 years of experience in IT delivery, program, or project management roles.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs or multi-vendor projects.

- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are highly desirable
