Delivery Partner

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall delivery for one or more large strategic accounts in the Data Engineering/Analytics domain.

- Ensure successful execution of programs/projects by meeting timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

- Drive governance with internal and client stakeholders and ensure transparency and issue resolution.

- Own account-level P&L; ensure topline growth and margin expansion.

- Identify levers for cost optimization, pyramid balancing, and location strategy.

- Track and manage budgets, forecasts, utilization, and delivery metrics.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders (business, IT, procurement, and CXOs).

- Act as a trusted advisor and engage in strategic discussions to identify opportunities and drive value for the client.

- Partner with sales and presales teams to support mining, renewals, and new business opportunities.

- Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, and data engineers across geographies.

- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with the CoE and practice teams for talent development and technology innovation.

- Bring deep understanding of modern data architecture (cloud data platforms, data lakes, streaming, ELT/ETL, etc.).

- Guide and review solution design and architecture for complex data programs.

- Stay current with trends in GenAI, cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in account delivery leadership roles.

- Strong experience in delivering data engineering, data platform modernization, and analytics programs.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), Big Data, ELT/ETL tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.).

- Proven track record of managing large teams (onsite/offshore), with responsibility for P&L.

- Excellent client-facing skills, including stakeholder management and executive presence.

- Strong problem-solving, program management, and organizational skills.

- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data Specialty, GCP Data Engineer)

- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications
