Role Overview:

As a Delivery Manager based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role directly impacts client satisfaction and the overall success of our project delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and escalations.

- Guide and mentor project teams, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Implement and enforce project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery outcomes.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to contribute to proposal development and solution design.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined constraints.

- Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to different project contexts.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve critical issues quickly and efficiently.

- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

- Must have 15 - 18 years of experience in Delivery Management and Project Management.
