Remove obstacles, or blockers to progress, constantly helping the team become more self-organizing.  Work with the product team to architect and propose a best-fit solution for clients and prospects then take a leading role in ensuring delivery of that solution on time, within budget, exceeding client quality expectations.  Have a clear understanding of business cases, costs and profitability for each project.  Develop strong relationships with Independent Service Vendors and with clients to enable the alignment on resource commitments, business objectives, and marketplace tactics required for successful implementations.  Document requirements for change to systems and processes, map customer use cases to company technology, contribute feedback from the market into the product roadmap.  Contribute to detailed project plans to ensure control on all projects  a) Take responsibility for the quality of design and implementation; identifying risks and issues, effectively managing them and communicating them to stakeholders.  b) Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitor employees and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.  Qualifications & Experience:  - Should be graduate/post graduate, preferably in Engineering stream  - Good knowledge in water pipe line infrastructures.  - Good understanding in water meters, installation procedures, applicable certifications and approvals.  - Estimation and budget scoping skills.  - Experience in handling Government customers  Nazia
