About the Client:

Our client, a leading global services giant, is seeking a Delivery Head to lead their Bengaluru operations. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for overseeing large-scale global delivery for banking clients, setting up Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) in India, and driving excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale global delivery operations for banking clients.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Establish and scale ODCs in India, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution.

- Handle extensive stakeholder management, engaging with both internal teams and external banking clients.

- Drive resource planning, hiring forecasts, and workforce management for technology teams in Bengaluru.

- Balance people and project management (80%) with technical solutioning (20%) across technologies like Node.js, Java, and .NET.

- Act as a thought leader in technology, continuously upskilling and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record in global delivery leadership with banking clients.

- Experience managing large teams across multiple banking technology projects.

- Strong background in setting up and scaling ODCs in India.

- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Hands-on experience in resource forecasting and hiring strategies for technology teams.

- Deep understanding of technology trends and ability to communicate in technical and business terms.
