Delivery Manager - Master Data Management & Digital Transformations

Responsibilities:

- Set up and establish a robust delivery framework while building and scaling new teams.

- Collaborate with onshore Data & Digital leadership to operationalize delivery models from requirement identification to execution and closure.

- Define and implement governance structures including forums, SOPs, and cadence practices.

- Configure and optimize delivery management tools such as ADO and Planview for enhanced visibility and tracking.

- Lead onboarding, training, and development of Business and Data Analysts.

- Triage, scope, and prioritize requests, breaking them into structured delivery projects and sprints.

- Manage workloads across Business and Data Analysts; provide ongoing support for seamless execution.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in project/delivery management with MDM and Digital Transformations

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong understanding of delivery management practices and team setup.

- Skilled in Azure DevOps Boards or similar platforms.

- Understanding of change control processes.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
