Delivery Manager/Lead - Agentic AI Solutions

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager/Lead to lead the delivery of Agentic AI solutions within the Clinical Trials domain. The role will focus on managing the AI engineering team, driving business and technical discussions, and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives in the Clinical Trials domain.

- AI solution architecture and technical decision-making.

- Manage and mentor the AI engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive project planning, stakeholder discussions, risk management, and delivery execution.

- Coordinate the implementation of AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, and LangGraph.

- Prepare solution decks and present project updates to business and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Experience leading software or AI delivery teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Good understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI concepts, and LangGraph.

- Experience in Clinical Trials, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments is preferred.
