Delivery Manager - JDE EnterpriseOne - IT Services

Job Description:

- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne engagements, including AMS, implementations, upgrades, rollouts, cloud migrations, and transformation programs.

- Manage delivery against agreed scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

- Establish delivery governance frameworks and drive operational excellence across JDE engagements.

- Manage onsite, offshore, nearshore, and multi-location/global JDE teams.

- Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders, business leaders, and IT leadership.

- Conduct Steering Committee meetings, QBRs, service reviews, and project governance meetings.

- Build strong client relationships and proactively manage escalations, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Govern JDE AMS / Managed Services operations and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI commitments.

- Drive ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes.

- Drive incident reduction, root-cause analysis, automation, service optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead JDE implementation, upgrade, migration, modernization, and rollout projects.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.

- Develop project plans, status reports, dashboards, delivery roadmaps, and executive-level governance reports.

- Own financial management for assigned engagements, including revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.

- Ensure accurate estimation, resource planning, financial forecasting, and contractual compliance.

- Build, manage, mentor, and develop high-performing JDE delivery teams.

- Support performance management, succession planning, capability development, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.

- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution workshops, client presentations, due diligence, and presales activities.

- Identify and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth and practice development.

- Drive adoption of automation, GenAI, analytics, Low-Code/No-Code, and integration platforms to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational cost, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

- 8 - 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne delivery/project/program management.

- Strong experience in JDE EnterpriseOne, preferably JDE 9.2.

- Must have experience managing JDE delivery engagements/programs, preferably including AMS/Managed Services.

- Strong experience managing global/multi-location JDE teams.

- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to interact with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and executive-level clients.

- Strong knowledge of JDE business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation.

- Good understanding of JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and technical ecosystem is preferred.

- Exposure to CNC Administration, Enterprise Server Management, Orchestrator, AIS Server, EDI, BSSV, UDO, Security Administration, and JDE Development Tools is preferred.

- Exposure to OCI, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms and JDE cloud migration is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Project/Program Governance, Risk Management, Resource Planning, and Change/Release Management.

- Experience managing SLA/KPI-based AMS engagements and service delivery governance.

- Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, utilization, margins, and P&L/delivery ownership.

- Experience supporting RFP/RFI, presales, account growth, and client solution discussions is preferred.

- Should have strong experience in stakeholder management, escalation management, executive communication, and decision-making.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.

- Hands-on JDE development/CNC expertise is not mandatory; however, the candidate must be technically conversant enough to effectively lead and govern JDE technical/functional teams.
