About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of project delivery across multiple Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) and client engagements. This role is pivotal in driving delivery excellence, leading large cross-functional teams, managing senior client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
The Delivery Manager will act as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership, while contributing to business growth and long-term account success in line with VotaryTechs strategic delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence & Quality Management:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex client engagements across geographies
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution aligned with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Adapt and govern delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on client needs and team maturity
- Establish best practices for delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive planning, issue mitigation, and quality assurance
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key global clients and senior stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, transparency, and value delivery
- Manage escalations effectively with structured problem-solving and clear action plans
- Support account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to align delivery outcomes with business goals
Team Leadership & ODC Governance:
- Lead and manage large, distributed teams across India and international locations
- Build scalable delivery structures including team leads, PODs, and ownership models
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and learning
- Mentor and develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and career development plans
- Ensure effective capacity planning, resource utilization, and team engagement
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in delivery or program management roles within IT / Digital / IoT services organizations
- Strong background managing multi-location teams and enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex client environments and senior stakeholder expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, project financials, and operational metrics
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
