Delivery Manager - Insurance Domain

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Insurance Domain expertise to lead end-to-end delivery operations for enterprise accounts. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and enterprise accounts.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor SLA compliance and delivery governance.

- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.

- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

- Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities.

- Manage resource planning, delivery risks, and issue resolution.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Insurance Domain experience (Property & Casualty, Auto, or Fire Insurance).

- 6+ years of Delivery Management experience.

- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership experience across Development, QA, Infrastructure, and support teams.

- Expertise in SLA management, governance, reporting, and KPI tracking.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

- ITIL certification or IT Service Management experience.

- Experience with insurance platforms such as Policy Administration or Claims Management.

- Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models.

- Consulting or Managed Services background.
