Delivery Manager - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology programs, ensuring quality, timelines and business outcomes.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, business and external stakeholders.

- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams while fostering Agile ways of working.

- Manage project governance, release planning, resource optimization and risk mitigation.

We're Looking For:

- 18+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery within the BFSI domain.

- Strong expertise in Agile delivery, SDLC, release management and enterprise project governance.

- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead geographically distributed teams.

- Engineering graduate with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
